Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-story cabin and all its amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Check-in is simple and contactless via a unique door code provided before your 4:00 PM ET arrival. Free private parking is available for your vehicles directly in front of the cabin. Please note that a few locked owner’s closets are not accessible to guests.

Sky Harbor is a peaceful, scenic cabin community nestled in the Smoky Mountains, perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Known for its wooded setting, mountain views, and quiet atmosphere, Sky Harbor offers a true mountain retreat while still being just minutes from top attractions like Dollywood, the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Gatlinburg downtown, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Roads are paved and well-maintained, making access easy while preserving privacy and a natural, secluded feel—ideal for couples, families, and guests seeking relaxation without sacrificing convenience.
Driving is the most convenient way to explore Pigeon Forge, as most attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers are within a short drive.
Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets per stay. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet per stay will be charged for the duration of your reservation.
Indoor Pool & Sauna: For your comfort, the indoor pool room temperature is preset at 82°F, and the pool water is maintained at 84°F. These settings cannot be adjusted. For safety, children may not use the pool unsupervised—an adult must be present at all times.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally drained, cleaned, and sanitized after each stay. Please allow several hours after your arrival for the water to reach its optimal temperature.
Connectivity & Entertainment: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. The Roku Smart TVs are ready for you to log into your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries. For longer stays, you may wish to bring additional supplies.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, two exterior security cameras are in place. One monitors the driveway/front entrance, and the other monitors the lower deck. These cameras record video only (no audio) and there are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin.
Booking Policy: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. We do not offer refunds or date changes for weather events, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.
